Testimonial - Broken Clock

My I'm James from Cleveland, OH. My fiance', Tina (who is from Casper) married me January 13 of this year (2011). Her parents purchased a Rhythm clock from Mr. and Mrs. Ayres as a wedding gift and its just too beautiful to describe. (Take a look under Clocks). We arranged to ship it to Cleveland from the Riviera Hotel and Business Center via UPS. Well, one disaster occurred after another. Our beautiful clock arrived smashed to bits along with our feelings. To make matters worse, trying to get UPS to handle our insurance payment for replacement took over a month. But without hesitation, Ayres took matters into their own hands. They ordered us a new clock direct from the factory and had it delivered to them in Casper for quality assurance. Our clock was personally inspected and replaced by Mr. Ayres himself and then shipped directly to us at our home in Cleveland. His time, reorder credit and packaging were done at his expense until we could reimburse him with the UPS insurance money. In the end, Tina and I were made to feel like real winners with Mr. Ayres's kindness and courtesy.

Tina and I want you to know that you don't have to settle for any jeweler who will sell you anything you want and then move on the the next customer.
