Diamonds

For several years we have traveled to Antwerp, Belgium and, having established a working relationship with several of the cutters (manufacturers) that operate in the worlds largest diamond center, we are able to purchase directly from them. This is extremely cost effective and we always have a great selection of firey diamonds, both set and unset. We plan to continue this tradition, so if you have a special diamond gift giving occasion on the horizon, please let us know so that we can hand select the perfect diamond to your specifications, directly from the cutter. We schedule our annual trip to Antwerp, sometime in September or early October.
A quality diamond of a carat or more is so rare,
fewer than one percent of women worldwide will ever possess one.

Excellent Ideal Cut
The Excellent Ideal Cut Diamond describes a round brilliant diamond that has been cut to exact and mathematically proven proportions. Its symmetry produces the ultimate in fine lustre and beauty.
When a diamond is cut to the Excellent Ideal proportions, all of the light entering from any direction is totally reflected through the top and is dispersed into a display of sparkling ashes and rainbow colors.

Fine Exceptional Cut
From the Fine Exceptional Cut Diamond demonstrates subtle variations from the Ideal Cut. Although subtle dimensional variations will affect a diamond's reflection of light, a Fine Exceptional Cut still achieves a harmonious balance between its proportions and the display of brilliance.

Value Cut
This diamond gives you the maximum value and beauty, combining carat weight and a low price.

Color
Most diamonds although appearing colorless, actually have slight tones of yellow or brown. As these tones become more easily apparent, the rarity and the cost decrease.
Ideal cutting dramatizes the rare splendor of a diamond because it produces such dazzling brilliance.

Clarity
Practically all diamonds contain naturally occurring internal characteristics called inclusions. The size, nature, location and amount of inclusions determine a diamond's clarity grade and affect its cost.
One unique advantage of the Ideal Cut is that its sparkle can mask otherwise noticeable inclusions.
